Granular access control for third-party AI model providers in Microsoft 365 Copilot
A new control in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center lets administrators assign third-party model provider access to specific users or Entra ID groups, rather than enabling it for the entire tenant. The setting is also enforced across Power Platform environments and Copilot Studio agents.

Licensing updates for Microsoft Cloud products – November 2025
Microsoft republished its Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Enterprise licenses with Teams and retired Power Platform and Dynamics 365 SKUs. Microsoft still offers a free Office 365 E3 Developer license, and my monthly update now also includes a table of Microsoft cloud product promotions.

End of sale for the AI Builder Capacity Add-ons
Microsoft is transitioning AI Builder service credits to Copilot Credits across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Finance. Starting 1 November 2025, new customers can no longer buy AI Builder add-ons. By 1 November 2026, all AI Builder credits will be retired, and Copilot Credits will fully replace them.

Copilot Studio Lite Agents are now hosted in a Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat environment
Microsoft has introduced a dedicated Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat environment for all Copilot Studio Lite Agents. Older agents may still reside in the default Power Platform environment, while new ones are automatically created in the new environment.

HTTP and Teams Webhook trigger URLs must be updated in Power Automate and Copilot Studio agent flows
Power Automate and Copilot Studio agent flows using legacy HTTP or Teams webhook triggers must be updated to new endpoint URLs. Legacy URLs will stop working after 30 November 2025.

Microsoft is retiring Pay-as-you-go billing for Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in the Power Platform admin center. From 3 October 2025, all new PAYG plans must be created in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
