Organizers and presenters in Microsoft Teams with a Copilot license can now turn Meeting AI, including Copilot and Facilitator, on or off during a meeting. This should give users more flexibility during sensitive meetings.
Built-in Teams agents (such as Facilitator, Channel Agent, and Copilot Agent in Teams) now have their own dedicated governance experience in the Teams admin center, separate from traditional app management.
Microsoft is releasing the Facilitator agent in Teams to General Availability, bringing real-time collaborative note-taking to meetings. This AI-powered feature helps participants stay focused, enhances engagement, and simplifies post-meeting follow-ups.
