Microsoft is rolling out a new “Catch up” experience in Teams Mobile, designed to help users quickly find and act on messages awaiting their response.
Instead of scrolling through multiple chats, channels, and meeting threads separately, users will see everything that matters to them in a single consolidated view.

The “Catch up” experience presents messages in a card-based layout optimized for mobile screens. It surfaces mentions, replies in followed channels and threads, and chats or meeting conversations where a response or action may be required. Users can swipe through cards to triage messages and take quick action without opening each conversation individually.

- The feature is available to all users on Teams Mobile and requires no sign-up or configuration.
- The rollout should be completed in June 2026.
