Microsoft is deprecating the Whiteboard apps for Windows, iOS, and Android by 14 September 2026, leaving Whiteboard Web and the Teams app as the supported alternatives.
Microsoft is ending the transition from Azure-backed Whiteboards to OneDrive-backed Whiteboards. Users must migrate before 22 August.
