A new Power Platform Inventory is available in the Admin Center. Microsoft has also introduced an API to query the same data with code.

Licensing updates for Microsoft Cloud products – November 2025
Microsoft republished its Microsoft 365 and Office 365 Enterprise licenses with Teams and retired Power Platform and Dynamics 365 SKUs. Microsoft still offers a free Office 365 E3 Developer license, and my monthly update now also includes a table of Microsoft cloud product promotions.

End of sale for the AI Builder Capacity Add-ons
Microsoft is transitioning AI Builder service credits to Copilot Credits across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Finance. Starting 1 November 2025, new customers can no longer buy AI Builder add-ons. By 1 November 2026, all AI Builder credits will be retired, and Copilot Credits will fully replace them.

Copilot Studio Lite Agents are now hosted in a Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat environment
Microsoft has introduced a dedicated Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat environment for all Copilot Studio Lite Agents. Older agents may still reside in the default Power Platform environment, while new ones are automatically created in the new environment.

HTTP and Teams Webhook trigger URLs must be updated in Power Automate and Copilot Studio agent flows
Power Automate and Copilot Studio agent flows using legacy HTTP or Teams webhook triggers must be updated to new endpoint URLs. Legacy URLs will stop working after 30 November 2025.

Microsoft is retiring Pay-as-you-go billing for Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in the Power Platform admin center. From 3 October 2025, all new PAYG plans must be created in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

The new Copilot Studio agent inventory page for the Power Platform allows quick discovery and management of agents, improving support response times, preventing orphaned agents, and ensuring compliance.

Power Apps können in der Standardkonfiguration von jedem Benutzer mit einer Power Apps Lizenz erstellt werden. Soll es nur definierten Benutzern möglich sein ist die Standardumgebung dafür nicht geeignet. Es benötigt eine zweite Power Plattform Umgebung.

Power Apps Developer Plan für kostenlose Tests
Im Mai hat Microsoft den bestehenden Power Apps Community Plan auf Power Apps Developer Plan umbenannt. Ein Power Apps Developer Plan ist von der Leistung her vergleichbar mit einer Power Apps User Plan Lizenz, kostenlos und für nicht produktive Tätigkeiten vorgesehen.
