Microsoft Teams is introducing a new Organizer Controls option in the meeting toolbar, replacing the previous Meeting options. This change consolidates meeting management settings into a single flyout, making them easier to discover for organizers and co-organizers. It also provides quicker access to Teams Premium features for licensed users.
The update applies to Teams meetings on both desktop and web clients.

Organizers and co-organizers will now see a new Controls icon in the meeting toolbar, which replaces the previous Meeting options.
Users with a Teams Premium license gain advanced meeting options, including advanced protection and additional controls for meetings and chats.
All organizers can still access additional meeting options by selecting View more options, which opens the classic meeting options window.
