As known, Microsoft introduced the new cloud.microsoft domain for Microsoft Cloud products in April 2023. Microsoft published a table showing which products with which URL have already been migrated to *.cloud.microsoft.
In other documentation, Microsoft refers to the new URL m365.cloud.microsoft when linking to Microsoft 365 Web.
Microsoft 365 Web is the start page of Microsoft 365, often used with office.com or microsoft365.com.
This means that Microsoft 365 Web is now available via three URLs. So far, there is no redirection.
- office.com > formerly portal.office.com, changed to office.com in 2018 / 2019.
- microsoft365.com > available since January 2023.
- m365.cloud.microsoft > not yet officially communicated, but linked in Microsoft documentation.
