Outlook symbolizes reactions in the email or in Outlook notifications.
Microsoft announced a usability update for reactions last September.
Supported apps have been extended with an option to deactivate reactions in emails.
The option for reactions is disabled for recipients in the configuration.
Outlook/Exchange inserts “x-ms-reactions: disallow” in the header of the email.
The specification could be used to generally deactivate responses with an Exchange Mail Flow Rule. Microsoft describes the necessary steps in its update.
