SharePoint will soon include a new search vertical for organization-wide searches, similar to the existing Messages search on Microsoft 365. This will enhance the search experience by categorizing results, making it easier to find specific types of content.
Microsoft Search in Bing will be retired, with users needing to transition to Microsoft Search via m365.cloud.microsoft or SharePoint Online. The Edge for Business address bar and Windows search box will still support work searches, but with some changes.
In the last few days, Microsoft has implemented the extension for Graph Connector Items announced in August. A tenant now includes 50 million items.
