Microsoft is rolling out an updated navigation for the Microsoft 365 Copilot web, Windows, and Mac apps. The update flattens the menu, surfaces key features in the left rail, and relocates the Apps entry point to the footer for licensed users.
Microsoft is rolling out a new Library experience in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app, combining AI-generated images and Copilot Pages into a single place. However, the rollout currently breaks all existing and new Copilot Pages sharing links.

The Tags feature in the Microsoft 365 app will be retired, affecting access on various platforms. Users can still view and apply tags until the retirement date. As an alternative, consider using the Favorites feature for easy access to important content.
The feed in Microsoft 365 Web will be removed in November.
