Price decrease for Windows 365 Business
Microsoft will introduce a 20% list price decrease for Windows 365 Business. This price decrease affects Windows 365 Business SKUs ordered or renewed on or after 1 May 2026.

This is also a reminder:
The Windows 365 Business list price has been 20% off for new customers since May 2025 (see Windows 365 Promotional offers). The offer is expected to be extended until 30 June 2026 (previously 30 April 2026). The 20% list price decrease means the promotional price stays, but it affects existing Windows 365 Business customers and their upcoming renewals.
This offer runs from May 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and is for customers not currently subscribed to Windows 365. Transactions must be processed through Microsoft’s operations center before 11:00 PM Pacific Time on June 30, 2026. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount on Windows 365. This offer is available only once per customer.
New hibernation setup for Windows 365 Business Cloud PCs
Starting 1 May 2026, Microsoft will implement a new one-hour hibernation setup for unused Windows 365 Business Cloud PCs.
Cloud PCs remain powered on for one hour after a user disconnects or signs out. Reconnecting within that hour is unaffected. After more than one hour, the Cloud PC will need to resume from hibernation, which may add a brief delay to the reconnect, though performance and functionality are unchanged once the session is established.
