20% discount on Microsoft 365 Copilot (through Microsoft Partner)
This promotion is available through Microsoft partners.
- 20% discount when ordering at least 100 new Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses. Additional licenses ordered within the next 12 months are also eligible for the same discount, with no limit.

Updated licenses
New name for Microsoft 365 E5 Security
Microsoft will rename Microsoft 365 E5 Security (MCA product ID CFQ7TTC0LHQB) to Microsoft Defender Suite. It’s an add-on license for Microsoft 365 E3 customers. The name aligns with the new licenses for Business customers introduced in September.

Risk-based conditional access, insights into risky sign-ins, anomaly detection, ID Governance, and Privileged Identity Management.- Defender for Identity
Cloud-based identity protection using Active Directory signals to detect and investigate advanced threats and insider risks.- Defender for Office 365 Plan 2
Advanced email and collaboration security with automated investigation, response, and phishing simulations.- Defender for Endpoint Plan 2
Comprehensive endpoint security with EDR, advanced threat hunting, and expert support.- Defender for Cloud Apps

New name for Microsoft 365 E5 Compliance
Microsoft will rename Microsoft 365 E5 Compliance (MCA product ID CFQ7TTC0LHR4) to Microsoft Purview Suite. It’s an add-on license for Microsoft 365 E3 customers. The name aligns with the new licenses for Business customers introduced in September.
Microsoft Purview Suite includes:
- Automatic discovery, classification, and labeling of sensitive data, with DLP across apps, services, and devices.
- Insider Risk Management and Adaptive Protection that adjust policies based on risk signals.
- Safeguards for Microsoft 365 Copilot data against oversharing and noncompliance, plus templates in Compliance Manager for industry and regional regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO).
- Audit retention, insights, and streamlined eDiscovery workflows to accelerate investigations.
Removed licenses
Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales
Microsoft announced that Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales (MCA product ID CFQ7TTC0NSWW) will soon be included in the standard Microsoft 365 Copilot license. The standalone license has been retired.
Microsoft 365 Copilot for Service
Microsoft announced that Microsoft 365 Copilot for Service (MCA product ID CFQ7TTC0NSX1) will soon be included in the standard Microsoft 365 Copilot license. The standalone license has been retired.
Project Online Essentials
Microsoft will retire Project Online in September 2026. The Project Online Essentials license add-on (MCA product ID CFQ7TTC0LHP3) is part of Project Online and is now retired.
Project Online Essentials is a team member add-on subscription for customers with Project Plan 3 or Plan 5. Project Plan 1 provides a web interface for task and time updates in Project Online.
Team members with Project Online Essentials or Project Plan 1 can perform the following functions:
- Use a web-based interface
- Update tasks, issues, and risks
- Submit timesheets
- Share documents and collaborate with Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business users
