Microsoft recommends Sway as an alternative, a forgotten product that has seen no updates in recent years. Notably, Sway is still a Copilot-free product, at least for the moment.
Sway creates responsive, web-friendly presentations from Word documents, offering automated layouts and designs optimized for online viewing. Key benefits include adaptive layouts for different devices, seamless multimedia embedding, modern design templates, and straightforward sharing controls.
