As announced last year, Delve will stop working on Monday, 16. December. Delve will redirect to the Microsoft 365 profile.
Microsoft describes various information about the changeover in the documentation (for admins) and help (for users).
The Microsoft 365 profile now includes an option to edit your profile.
The data in edit mode combines Microsoft Entra ID and SharePoint User Profile Service (UPS). The Microsoft 365 profile uses both data sources.
- General > Data from Microsoft Entra ID. The data cannot be edited in the profile.
- Contact > Data from Microsoft Entra ID. The data cannot be edited in the profile.
- About > Data from SharePoint User Profile Service; depending on the SharePoint configuration, the data can be edited, not edited, or hidden.
- More Profile Information > Data from SharePoint User Profile Service; depending on the SharePoint configuration, the data can be edited, not edited, or hidden.
Your profile card’s “About me” data are from the SharePoint User Profile Service.
