Microsoft has added the new service plans for Microsoft Places. Accounts with the role License Administrator can disable the service plans in advance. Places should be enabled in December and will be available via the URL places.cloud.microsoft/places.

In my tests I could not find the service plan in Microsoft 365 F1 licenses. Either Microsoft has forgotten the license or the license information for F1 is no longer up to date.
Places Core has the service plan ID 1fe6227d-3e01-46d0-9510-0acad4ff6e94.
Places Enhanced has the service plan ID f8566154-2a62-48cb-a0ab-d4d25be26e51.
Microsoft has also updated the license information for Microsoft Places in the last few days. The features of Places Core and Places Enhanced (Premium) are shown in a table.
