Copilot in Edge Mobile is being retired

Microsoft integrated Bing Chat Enterprise into the Edge mobile app with Edge Mobile 116 in August 2023.

Bing Chat Enterprise (BCE) is available on Edge mobile for iOS and Android. By default, Bing Chat Enterprise is turned on.

As well known, it was a short story with the name Bing Chat Enterprise (three months).
The Bing Chat Enterprise logo in Edge Mobile later became the Copilot integration.

The Copilot integration in Edge Mobile will be removed with the release of Edge Mobile 128, which is planned for the end of August. Copilot will no longer work in Edge Mobile in September.
Microsoft mentions the Copilot integration will be removed for Entra ID accounts.

Starting with version 128 in late August 2024, the Copilot button that provides access to work and web chat for Entra ID users will be retired. Copilot and the corresponding settings will be removed from the Edge mobile application for Entra ID users. …the feature is expected to be completely removed by mid-September.

Business accounts should use the Microsoft 365 mobile app as a replacement. Microsoft introduced the Copilot integration for the Mobile 365 mobile app last February, and the Copilot Mobile App is also available.
