Twitter in SharePoint eingeschränkt

Über die letzten Wochen hat Elon Musk bei Twitter verschiedene APIs eingeschränkt oder limitiert. Dadurch können diverse Plattformen Inhalte nicht mehr wie gewohnt anzeigen. Seit Ende Juni limitiert Twitter ausserdem die Anzahl an lesbaren Tweets, und Leser sollten in Twitter angemeldet sein.

Das Twitter Webpart in SharePoint ist durch die letzte Änderung ebenfalls betroffen.
Hat jemand das Twitter Webpart auf einer SharePoint Seite eingebettet und folgt einer Person, zeigt das Webpart mittlerweile nur noch eine generische Meldung “Nothing to see here – yet”.

On June 30, 2023, Twitter changed its terms of use for third-party access. The company now requires users to be authenticated in order to view timelines and tweets. Additionally, Twitter has limited the amount of content that users can access daily. This change affects the ability to support Twitter services within SharePoint.
