Records Management im SharePoint Online Admin Center
Mit Records Management können ausgewählte SharePoint Daten an ein Record Center übermittelt und für eine definierte Zeit vorgehalten werden. Statt Records Management unterstützt Purview Data Lifecycle Management die Compliance Anforderungen in der Microsoft 365 Cloud zu erfüllen.
Microsoft hat Informationen zur Migrationsstrategie dokumentiert und einen Zeitplan über das Ende von Records Management veröffentlicht. Organisationen mit Records Management in SharePoint Online sollten mit der Planung und Migration frühzeitig beginnen. Zwischen Records Management und Purview Data Lifecycle Management findet keine automatische Migration statt.
