Heute gibt es in Teams zwei Apps für Power Automate und Workflows.

Bis im Oktober plant Microsoft die beiden Apps zu vereinen. Die aktuelle Workflows App wird entfernt, die Power Automate App zu Workflows umbenannt. Nutzen Mitarbeitende heute die Power Automate App, sollten sie über die angepasste App informiert werden.
There will be no change to user experience within the app. Users will still be able to manage all their flows within the app along with browsing workflow templates or creating a new flow from scratch. Whether you have existing workflows in the Power Automate app or the Workflows app your workflows will persist in the new unified app.
Die neu benannte Workflows App wird von Microsoft standardmässig vorinstalliert.
- Wurde die bestehende Power Automate App von Mitarbeitenden in Teams manuell deinstalliert erfolgt eine automatische Neuinstallation für die angepasste Workflows App.
- Eine heute deaktivierte Power Automate App (zukünftig Workflows App) bleibt im Teams Admin Center deaktiviert.
- Eine heute deaktivierte Workflows App wird im Teams Admin Center wieder aktiviert. Es handelt sich nicht mehr um die aktuelle App mit der ID bc4e7b4a-0ae5-49be-a56f-743e16aca230.
